Shipping & Delivery Policy
We currently offer FREE DELIVERY on all orders. You do not pay any shipping charges on ANY orders placed on www.musclemaze.com. The large majority of our orders are shipped within 3 working days of the order, and delivered in 2-3 days from shipping. We ship through leading courier services, and you can track your order online after it is shipped. In the unlikely event, we are unable to deliver any items in your order, be assured that you will not be charged for that item, or you shall be refunded the full amount charged for the item. WE ARE COMMITTED TO DELIVERING YOUR ORDER ACCURATELY, IN GOOD CONDITION, AND ALWAYS ON TIME. We currently deliver to more than 500+ cities across India. As mentioned above, we ship most items within 3-5 working days of the order. However, in some cases, we may take longer, up to 7 working days, to ship the order, as we may have to procure it from some other stores or our suppliers. In the unlikely event that we are not able to ship your order completely within 7 working days of the order, we shall cancel the remaining unshipped part of the order, and send you an email informing you about the same. In such cases, your payment against the unshipped part of the order shall be refunded, in the manner you have made the payment*. We ship on all weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies. While we strive hard to deliver on time, due to the load with the couriers, estimate a delay of 2-3 days. If your order has multiple items, these may ship separately from different locations in separate shipments. You will receive a separate email if the shipment does not contain all the items that you ordered. If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our Customer Care or at musclemazeindia@gmail.com, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest. Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations
*Note: In the event we have to cancel any items in your order if you have paid using a credit card your credit card shall not be charged for the above-cancelled item(s). If you have paid using a debit card/net banking, your bank shall be instructed to refund the amount within 2 working days. However, the actual credit to your account will depend on your bank’s processing time, which may be 7-15 days. If you do not receive a credit within this time, please check with your bank and let us know if you face any issues with the same.

Once your order is confirmed, we will let you know your order ID and tracking details via E-mail or SMS.
Tracking details will be sent to you via email with the link where you can simply track your order online or in your Order Section.
We deliver to courier partners such as Bluedart and FedEx. For a few remote locations where there is no other courier service available, we use India Post to deliver your orders.
We currently ship only within India and do not ship to any international location.
We deliver your order within 2-3 working days post-dispatch in A-1 and A-2 Metros (New Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune, Ahmedabad, and Hyderabad). For the rest of the cities, we deliver between 2-5 business days. Delivery by ground takes a little longer than air couriers. Ground-shipped orders are delivered to you between 5-7 business days post-dispatch. Deliveries to very remote locations such as North East may take up to 7 business days or longer, depending on the location’s geographical constraints.
As soon as we ship your order, you receive an e-mail notification with a link to track your order. You can also access this information from your ‘My Account’ section at the top right corner of our website www.musclemaze.com. Online tracking usually goes live within 24-48 business hours post-shipping.
Currently, we are delivering to PAN India. We always try to maximize our reach to the remotest of areas so that we can serve our customers in a more efficient manner. However, if you are unsure of whether a particular product can be delivered to your location or not, you can confirm it via WhatsApp Support which is available Monday – Saturday from 11:00 to 06:00 PM.
The duration of dispatching an order depends on the type of order you have placed. Types of order are:
- In-stock items (Items that we stock in our 4 warehouses across India: Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bangalore, and Delhi): These items are dispatched the same or the next day of order placement.
- JIT Items (Just-in-time Items): These items are procured from vendors upon receiving your confirmation of an order. It takes 2-7 business days to dispatch JIT orders after you have placed an order.
- Drop-ship Items: These items are shipped directly by our vendors to you. It takes 2-5 business days to dispatch drop-ship orders.
We strive to dispatch your order as soon as possible. In case you have placed a mixed order of In-stock, JIT, and Drop-ship items, we sub-divide your order and dispatch it in parts, shipping the earliest available items first.
At all steps of your order processing, we are in constant touch with you over the phone, email, and SMS to keep you updated.
Usually, courier companies associated with us make more than one delivery attempt. If the customer is not available on the first delivery attempt, he or she may receive it a second time. If still, you are not able to receive the delivery, your order will be on hold. You can get in touch with us by WhatsApp or E-mail for a remedy in any such case & we will raise your concern to our courier partner so that they can deliver to you as soon as possible.
If you didn`t receive your order that means something wrong with your given address or contact number. If our Courier Partner is unable to find your address or can`t contact you, they initiate the RTO (Return To Origin). This RTO is chargeable & charges will be taken/deduct from the buyer. We are not responsible for that anyhow.
